Once a year, Walla Walla hosts the Balloon Stampede, where hot air balloon enthusiasts come together for one amazing show of color and aero-art. This is the first year I've gone, and Justin and I got oodles of pictures... if you think I've posted waaaay too many here, you should see the original album...these are just the favorites out of my Favorites folder. ;p
There's pictures of balloons getting ready to launch at the fairgrounds and balloons in flight...pictures of Justin and I looking like crazy tourists armed with cameras...pictures over the valley once all the balloons were launched (we sped up to the Blue Mountains after we left the launch at the fairgrounds...'twas a fantastic sight to behold!)...and how could it be complete without a picture of our balloon-chasing car...Justin's (MY) Camaro Z28?! ;) Enjoy!
